Heatsealed Prints

Prints and Photographs need to be drymounted onto a board before the application of the heatseal film. The heatseal film includes a UV filter. We use foamboard which is light, rigid, and has very smooth surfaces ideal for drymounting.


Heatsealed items are quite robust and resilient to strong levels of light, however long term exposure should be avoided. All boards tend to curve or bow when laminated on one side and this is more evident for larger sizes. The cost of heatsealing a 12"x16" print onto foamboard is £18.00
